    The person in the Franchise Support Administrator role will be responsible for but is not limited to:
     Taking Franchise support line calls, answering questions, helping process their orders for materials, etc.
     Provides assistance with next steps in the Franchise signing process (they will be involved early on from shortly after the lead is generated)
     They will do quick touch base calls with newly signed Franchisee's to help with onboarding and make sure it is going smoothly
     They must be organized and have a professional presentation in their demeanor towards the Franchisee's
     They will assist in managing the content and training materials on our Franchise Portal, sending new policy/procedure type items as directed, etc.
    Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Verbal Communication, Customer Service Skills (Great follow up), Detail Oriented and Organized
    Minimum Requirements:
     At least 5 years of continuous work experience as an Administrative Assistant
     Ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines in a high-paced environment
     Very high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
     Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration
